PRICE: $30.00 a piece. Each piece takes hours of hard work and focus. Even though these are cast from my original, many hours go into completing each one over the entire casting, painting, and finishing process all done by me, by hand. I charge a flat $5.00 for shipping and handling anywhere in the world, so no worries if you're overseas.

MATERIALS: Each piece is cast from my original sculpture, in a sturdy, light weight resin. The backs are sanded, and the entire piece is paint washed in fine detail, with the eyes dotted a bright color to stand out, then satin clear coated. Each is crimped with a glass bead onto leather cording. The pictures do not do these justice, they look much better in person.

DESCRIPTION:

The phoenix has many beautiful metaphors behind it. For me (and most) it can symbolize the immortal spirit, and a powerful metamorphosis from ashes to an entirely renewed being. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and the soul never dies and wilts, as the body and all things material do. The phoenix is a very spiritual creature in my eyes, burning and burning in it's own intensity, until it reaches it's climax and is transformed into a new and stronger entity. Personally I can identify in a positive way with the phoenix, or at least I try to. I believe in becoming stronger, and learning through hardships, if they must be gone through. Sometimes we get battered down to dust and ash, but if we can rise back up out of it stronger, then no struggle is ever in vain. I'm very happy with this little sculpture of mine, and I hope whoever else can enjoy it, can see the passion I put into making it

Yes we do! I wanted to catch up with you too, plus I've been wanting to play with you again! I finally have it in HD now too! (I caved in a few weeks ago and got a flat screen
