Immortal Spirit angles

I sculpted this out of Supersculpey Firm, and I'll be molding and casting duplicates in resin to sell as soon as the supplies I ordered arrive. The phoenix is possibly my favorite of the mythological creatures. The general features are stunning, and the metaphors tied to it are beautiful. I did my best to capture that in this piece, trying to weave the feathers into the fiery shape the wings form, with the head and claws in a assertive position mid flight.

This piece is Copyright 2010 Angela Pileggi (AKA AMP, Meadowknight). This sculpt has "(C) 2010" and "AMP" engraved discretely on the side of it's tail, as my personal signature, and to mark the time it was made .
