Lilypad Prince pendant

Here's my latest bit of wearable art! A frog prince sitting on a lilipad and smiling up at the one who discovers him .

I sculpted the original out of Supersculpey Firm mixed with regular Supersculpey. After finishing the sculpting itself, I molded him in silicone, then cast him in resin using a dash of a green florescent pigment for vivid coloring. Once cast, I hand painted the piece using green and black paint washes. The completed piece is strung on black leather cording and crimped with two glass crow beads (clear and emerald colored). This piece measures just over 1 inch wide, and 1 1/2 inches long. He's the perfect size for wearing or decoration...not too small and not too large! I use a piece of leather cording which measures approximately 30 inches long. If you need a longer piece let me know.
